Work is hard work…
Work can be stressful but the economic downturn has made this a whole lost worse. Talk of job reductions can make everyone anxious and concerned. Everyone needs the right support to get them through. Whether it’s from colleagues in the workplace, friends or family, and whether you’re a team member or a manager, it’s really important not to try to cope alone.
